How to manually (.mtz file) install it?
Install MIUI Themes :
* First, download MIUI Theme.
* Theme name.mtz file extension on your Xiaomi phone.
* Go to your Mobile Apps and launch the Themes application.
* Go to offline mode Select the Themes tab.
* You can see them all offline themes that already exist on your phone.
* Click on Import and download Theme and select it.
* After that installed and it will appear offline theme
* Select the installed theme and click on "Apply".

Attention-
